Christian T-shirts...Why am I doing this?

What up my people???? This is Gary of Passion Clothing Intl. coming at you at after 3 in the a.m.

I wanted to take the time to let you know what I'm doing, and why I'm doing it.

I have worked in the screen printing industry since right out of high school, which makes it about 20 years now (YIKES!!)I started in the art dept. doing what are known as color separations, and have become what is now called a graphic artist (and yes I started on, and currently work on a MAC!!! and I'm proud of it). After some time in the art dept. you end up running out of work and end up finding other things to do in a screen printing shop. And that is exactly what I had done, and that's exactly how I learned all other areas of the business. But I continued to work for others, I had no idea that I could work for myself.

Fast forward to about 2004, which is where I currently hold down my full time job as a graphic artist for a local screen printing company. My boss had given all employee's an option to make some extra cash...we could make 10% commission on any order that we bring in. So that's exactly what I started doing. I had landed an account with the local National KidneyFoundation, and got an order for about 500 shirts. Well to make a long story short, the printer did not do a very good job and when I pointed this out to the boss he blew it off. With that being said...that's all it took. I decided right then I would not let somebody else's decisions predict my future and I began saving and working on starting my own screen printing business. In 2005 I started GW Screen Printing that quickly became Almightees Screen Printing in 2006. I began running the business as a part time gig that I would later move up to full time when the opportunity arose.

Well I'm almost there but no cigar. And that is why I started Passion Clothing Intl. I wanted to be able to have a source to sell more shirts that would give me enough work to go full time. It's still in the early stages and I'm growing impatient. Not 1 e-store sale yet. But I know that in my heart that God is faithful...and I will trust Him to take Passion Clothing where He wants it to be, when He wants it to go. Now I do realize that I will have to do my part, which is putting Him first in my life and the rest will fall into place.

Keep your eyes and ears open for new blogs, I've got some real interesting stuff to talk about in the near future. I promise I will get the hang of this thing.

Be Blessed!
